Business software suites, graded.
SuiteScorecard rates the platforms companies run on, from global hiring and payroll to the finance stack. Every suite is measured on the same 100-point scorecard, built from public evidence and weighted toward risk.

How the Suite Score works
Half the score is universal and applies to every suite we grade. The other half is specific to the category, so a payroll platform is never graded on criteria written for an accounting tool.
Universal core
50 points. Applied to every platform, in every category.
Category core: Global Hiring
50 points. Published once per category and applied to every platform in it.
Why the scores hold up
A scorecard is only worth reading if you know how it was built and what could bias it.
One rubric per category, no exceptions
Every platform in a category is graded on identical criteria and weights. There is no custom scoring for favorites, partners, or advertisers.
Risk is weighted first
A polished interface does not protect you from a misclassification claim or a payroll failure. Legal protection, compliance, and coverage carry the most weight.
We read the contracts
Service agreements, data processing addenda, and termination terms are part of every score, because that is where the real cost and risk sit.
Transparent about money

Common questions
Who is SuiteScorecard for?
Founders, finance leaders, and people operations teams at companies that are choosing or replacing core business software, typically with contracts worth thousands of dollars a year and real switching costs.
What is an employer of record?
An employer of record (EOR) legally employs workers on your behalf in a country where you have no local entity. It handles compliant contracts, payroll, taxes, and benefits while you direct the day-to-day work.
How does SuiteScorecard make money?
Some links are affiliate links. If you sign up through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions never influence a score or ranking. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
How often are scorecards updated?
Pricing and features are rechecked on a regular cycle, and every scorecard shows the date it was last reviewed.
