SuiteScorecard is an independent review site for the software suites companies run on: global hiring and payroll, HR and benefits, and the finance stack. We grade platforms on a fixed 100-point scorecard so a buyer can compare vendors on the same terms, instead of on whichever feature list the vendor wants to lead with.
Why we built it
Most software review sites rank products by how many stars a crowd gave them, or by which vendor paid the most for placement. That works for a $15-a-month app. It does not work when the contract runs into five figures, the platform is going to employ your people in another country, and the terms you sign decide who carries the risk if something goes wrong.
We built SuiteScorecard to grade these platforms the way a careful buyer would: read the pricing page and the fine print behind it, read the service agreement and the data processing terms, check what the vendor actually discloses about its entities and its security, and score it all on the same rubric every time.
Who is behind it
SuiteScorecard is run by a small editorial team with backgrounds in law, corporate transactions, and finance. We have spent years reading commercial contracts for a living, which is why contract terms, compliance disclosures, and total cost of ownership carry more weight in our scores than user interface polish. We publish under the SuiteScorecard name rather than individual bylines so that the methodology, not any one person, is what readers rely on.
How we score
Every platform receives a Suite Score out of 100. Fifty points come from a universal core applied to every suite we grade: pricing and total cost, security and compliance, integrations and platform, and support and onboarding. The other fifty come from a category core that is published once per category and applied to every platform in it. The full methodology, including the weights and the evidence standard, is on our methodology section.
How we make money
Some links on the site are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you sign up through one. Commissions never affect a score, a grade, or a ranking, and we review platforms we have no commercial relationship with. The details are in our Affiliate Disclosure.
Corrections and updates
Pricing and features change. Every scorecard shows the date it was last reviewed, and we recheck platforms on a regular cycle. If you spot something that is out of date or wrong, email us at info@suitescorecard.com and we will look into it.
